Tonight for swimming I did a ladder (25, 50, 75, 100, 150, 150, 100, 75, 50, 25) with a short warm up and cool down. I felt a little more in "swimming shape" but it was still a tiring set. My sister wasn't there to set the quick pace, so I tried to keep pushing myself. I think I was only in the pool like 20 or 25 minutes, so it went really fast. But I got a good workout in and feel really good now :)

When I got home I took the girls for a walk, even though we already went to the dog park today. They really do need the exercise after being cooped up in the outdoor kennel all morning and most of the afternoon :( At least they have each other and aren't sitting alone. I love them :)

Already have a couple MK clients and just sent my "new business" email out today. That is exciting and encouraging. I need to book a couple skin care classes or beauty parties now. My sales director has challenged me to book 8 and complete 6 this month. To me, being new, that seems like a lot, but I know I can do it :) Hurray!

Plans for the upcoming weekend: finishing painting the kitchen, finish the laundry, mop the floors, run the errands I've been putting off, get coffee with my sister, pick T up from the airport (hurray!), go to a small group kickoff at church, do my Spanish homework a week early, do my Education Law reading, and read through the articles I have printed for my scholarly project. Here we go!

    Oh my goodness, you have such a busy weekend ahead of you! My plans are to hang out with Lee, pick out some MK products from your online party, check my tire pressure, go for a run, and study for my certification tests. Gulp, I don't know if all of those things will happen this weekend! Oh well, I will try my best. :)
